Privatlivspolitik for Ammehjerne
Kort sagt: Ammehjerne indsamler ingen oplysninger om dig eller dit barn. Alt, hvad du registrerer, ligger på din egen iPhone og i din egen iCloud. Appen har ingen konto, ingen reklamer, ingen statistik/analyse og ingen sporing, og vi kan ikke se dine data.
Hvad appen gemmer — og hvor
Det, du registrerer, gemmes på din iPhone. Er du logget ind på iCloud, synkroniseres registreringerne også til din egen private iCloud-database (Apples CloudKit), så de overlever et telefonskifte. Udvikleren har ingen adgang til din iCloud.

Barnets navn, fødselsdato og indstillingerne bliver kun på telefonen. Oplysningerne indgår desuden i din enheds almindelige iCloud- eller computer-backup, hvis du har slået den til. Sletter du appen, forsvinder den lokale kopi; kopien i din iCloud fjerner du under iPhonens Indstillinger → dit navn → iCloud → Administrer lagerplads.
Deling med en anden forælder (iCloud)
Hvis du bruger funktionen til at dele loggen med en anden i husstanden, sker det gennem Apples iCloud (CloudKit). Data ligger så i din egen iCloud-konto og deles kun med de personer, du selv inviterer. Udvikleren har ingen adgang til dem. Apples behandling er omfattet af Apples privatlivspolitik. Du kan til enhver tid stoppe delingen.
Påmindelser
Påmindelser (fx glemt at stoppe en amning, D-vitamin) er lokale notifikationer, som planlægges på selve enheden. Der sendes intet til nogen server.
Eksport
Du kan eksportere dine data som regneark eller backup-fil. Filen deles kun, hvor du selv vælger at sende den.
Donationer
Hvis du vælger at støtte udvikleren, håndteres betalingen udelukkende af Apple gennem App Store. Vi modtager ingen betalingsoplysninger og ingen oplysninger om, hvem du er.
Tredjeparter
Appen indeholder ingen tredjeparts-SDK'er, reklamer eller analyseværktøjer, og vi sælger eller deler ingen data — vi har ingen.
Børn
Appen bruges af forældre til at registrere oplysninger om deres barn. Disse oplysninger forlader aldrig din enhed og din egen iCloud og kommer aldrig til os.
Dine rettigheder
Efter GDPR har du ret til indsigt, berigtigelse og sletning. Da vi ikke opbevarer nogen data om dig, har du fuld kontrol direkte i appen: du kan rette, slette og eksportere alt selv.
Ændringer
Ændrer appen sig på en måde, der påvirker privatlivet, opdaterer vi denne side og datoen øverst, før den nye version udgives.

Privacy Policy for Baby Brain
In short: Baby Brain does not collect any information about you or your baby. Everything you log stays on your own iPhone and in your own iCloud. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we cannot see your data.
What the app stores — and where
What you log is stored on your iPhone. If you are signed in to iCloud, your entries are also synced to your own private iCloud database (Apple's CloudKit), so they survive a change of phone. The developer has no access to your iCloud.

Your baby's name, date of birth and the settings stay on the phone only. The data is also included in your device's regular iCloud or computer backup if you have it enabled. Deleting the app removes the local copy; remove the copy in your iCloud under the iPhone's Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Sharing with another parent (iCloud)
If you use the feature to share the log with someone in your household, this happens through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). The data is then stored in your own iCloud account and shared only with people you invite. The developer has no access to it. Apple's processing is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can stop sharing at any time.
Reminders
Reminders (e.g. a feed left running, vitamin D) are local notifications scheduled on the device itself. Nothing is sent to any server.
Export
You can export your data as a spreadsheet or backup file. The file goes only where you choose to send it.
Tips
If you choose to support the developer, payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and no information about who you are.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party SDKs, advertising or analytics, and we sell or share no data — we have none.
Children
Parents use the app to log information about their baby. That information never leaves your device and your own iCloud and never reaches us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification and erasure. Since we hold no data about you, you are in full control inside the app: you can edit, delete and export everything yourself.
Changes
If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and the date above before releasing that version.
