Privacy Policy for Jawsome
This Privacy Policy describes how iKristoffer ApS handles information in connection with the mobile game Jawsome ("the app", "the game"). iKristoffer ApS owns and publishes Jawsome; the game was originally published by ALL CAPS ApS, and this policy covers the app under its current ownership.
In short: Jawsome does not collect any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking. It requests no Android permissions and has no internet access, so no information about you can leave your device.
Information we collect
None. Jawsome does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically, the app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, photos, files, or usage analytics.
The app requests no Android permissions of any kind. It does not include the
INTERNET permission, which means the game is technically incapable of sending
information off your device.
Data stored on your device
So that the game remembers your progress and settings between sessions, Jawsome saves a small amount of information in the app's private storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or to anyone else.

None of this identifies you. You can erase all of it at any time by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's data in your device settings.
Advertising and analytics
Jawsome contains no advertising and no analytics. Earlier versions of the game included third-party advertising, analytics and social media components. These have been removed entirely, and no third-party software development kits of any kind are present in the current version.
Third-party sharing
We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any. The app makes no network connections and integrates with no external services.
If you obtained Jawsome from Google Play, Google may collect information relating to your download, purchase and use of apps under its own policies. That processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is outside our control.
Children's privacy
Jawsome is suitable for general audiences. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and there is no mechanism in the app by which such information could be collected or transmitted.
Data retention and your rights
We hold no user data, so there is nothing for us to retain, correct, export or delete on your behalf. The settings and high score described above are stored solely on your own device and remain under your control. Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, rectification and erasure regarding personal data held about you; in the case of Jawsome those rights have no data to apply to, as none is collected.
Security
The strongest protection available is that no data is gathered in the first place. Information that is never collected cannot be lost, leaked or misused.
Changes to this policy
If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects privacy — for example if a future version introduces online features — we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before releasing that version.
